The University Tax Services Employees Working Outside of Indiana
weblink is a great source that offers guidance to units with employees who perform services outside Indiana.
In order to track employees that work out of state and abroad and to meet state-based employment requirements, units with employees that work outside of the state need to maintain each employee’s physical work location on HRMS eDocs transactions, specifically in the "Primary Physical Work Location Tab" available on the following HRMS eDocs: Hire, Promote, Demote, Transfer, and Maintain Job Data. Please see the document "Primary Physical Work Location tab", (a UHR and FMS document) for complete guidance.
